About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Villa Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. You will play a vital role in delivering a five-star experience by ensuring all villas are spotless and maintained according to hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the villa including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, and outdoor spaces.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and guest amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
- Ensure laundry (guest linens, towels, and staff uniforms) is handled properly.
- Maintain cleanliness of storage areas and housekeeping equipment.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations strictly.
- Support villa preparation for guest check-ins, turn-down service, and deep cleans as scheduled.
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in villas, hotels, or private residences.
- Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Trustworthy, honest, and reliable.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take direction.
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.
- Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays.
