Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and room night production
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, DMCs, corporate clients, and OTA partners
* Manage OTA performance, including rate strategy, promotions, and campaign optimization
* Conduct sales calls, client visits, and site inspections
* Identify new business opportunities and market segments
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decisions
* Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance analysis
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales within the hotel, villa, or hospitality industry
* Proven track record in achieving sales targets is preferred
* Strong network with travel agents, DMCs, and OTA platforms is an advantage
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Highly motivated, target-oriented, Proactive, and self -Motivated
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
* Based in Bali
