REQUIREMENTS

Analytical market trends, handling complain, critical thinking, and has knowledge in the hospitality sector.

A proven track record in a similar role, ideally within Hospitality / Tourism.

Creative an outgoing personality with inisiative, excellent communication and negotiation.

Minimum 2 years overseas experience at Sales Marketing Hotel.

Maximum age 35 years.

RESPONSIBILITY

Responsible for the targets set to find potential customers, both FIT, Corporate, or Group.

Responsible for ensuring the smooth operations Events.

Able to develop marketing strategies and market area, establishing relationship with relevant stakeholder, assistance to guests.

High motivation and orientation ini achieving targets.

Negotiating with customer about plant events, facilities, price, etc.
