Job Description
- Respond to booking inquiris via email , phone , whatsapp and OTA
- Handeling PMS
- Offer upgrade opportunities and promote in-house services
- Process payments or pre-authorizations when required
- Handle Guest request and special arrangements professionally
Qualification
- Experience in reservations , sales , or customer service (hotel exprience preferred)
- Fluent in English, written and spoken (additional languages a plus)
- Strong Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional email and message etiquette
- Familiarity with OTA systems and PMS knowledge (Cloudbeds is a plus)
- Calm and efficient under pressure
