Hotel Operations Manager (Villa & Boutique Hospitality)
We are a growing hospitality company managing a collection of boutique villas located in Sidemen and Ubud, Bali. We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across our properties.

📅 Expected Start Date: June / July 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple villa properties in Sidemen and Ubud.
- Ensure all staff and team members operate according to high hospitality standards, SOPs, and brand guidelines.
- Maintain operational efficiency across front office, housekeeping, guest services, and maintenance.
Guest Experience
- Ensure a seamless guest journey from reservation to check-out.
- Monitor guest feedback across OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Google Reviews, etc.) and ensure high ratings.
- Handle guest escalations and resolve operational issues quickly and professionally.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and supervise operational staff including housekeeping, guest relations, and maintenance teams.
- Build a strong service culture and team accountability.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations.
Revenue & Distribution
- Manage property listings and availability across OTA channels (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.).
- Monitor occupancy, pricing strategy, and revenue performance.
- Coordinate with management to optimize yield and booking performance.
Property & Asset Management
- Ensure villas are consistently maintained to high quality and aesthetic standards.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Monitor operational costs and ensure efficient use of resources.
Reporting
- Provide weekly and monthly operational reports including occupancy, revenue performance, and guest satisfaction.
- Identify operational improvements and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in hospitality operations (hotel, resort, or villa management).
- Proven experience in a Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, or Assistant Manager role.
- Strong understanding of OTA platforms and property management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple properties simultaneously.
- Willing to be based primarily in Sidemen, Bali.
Preferred Experience
- Experience managing boutique villas or small hospitality groups.
- Knowledge of revenue management and dynamic pricing strategies.
- Experience launching or scaling hospitality properties.
- Familiarity with Airbnb operations and villa management workflows.
