18 Suite Villa – Kuta, Bali
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our boutique villa operations and drive exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements :
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Hotel Manager, Resort Manager, or Assistant General Manager role.
• Strong leadership and operational management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with hotel PMS-VHP is an advantage.
Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee all hotel operations.
• Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
• Manage, coach, and develop the team.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and overall business performance.
