Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor

We are searching for a skilled, diligent Housekeeping supervisor who takes pride in their work. Your responsibilities will include overseeing your team sweeping, washing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and sanitizing all areas and surfaces. Candidates should display strength, efficiency, and respect for their workplace, team and all guests.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the department

• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and washing floors, toilets, showers, windows, and counters.

• Vacuuming carpets and any other dusty surface.

• Cleaning all surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom.

• Making beds

• Clean public areas

• Scrubbing and sanitizing all relevant surfaces.

• Handling all furniture and appliances carefully.

Requirements:

• Excellent leadership

• Able to guide the team

• Experience in Housekeeping Management

• Good knowledge of cleaning supplies and chemicals.

• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.

• Ability to stand, sit, and stoop for long periods.

• Can speak Bahasa Indonesia and English

• Polite

• Ability to maintain a positive attitude
