What You Will Do
- Leading the Team: Guiding and motivating housekeeping staff to maintain the highest standards.
- Quality Control: Inspecting rooms and public areas to make sure everything is perfect before a guest walks in.
- Guest Satisfaction: Talking to guests, listening to their needs, and solving any issues or complaints quickly and with a smile.
- Operations: Managing schedules, supplies, and ensuring the team works efficiently and safely.
Who We Are Looking For
- Proven Experience: You have spent at least 2 years working in Housekeeping and at least 1 year in a Leadership or Supervisory role.
- Strong Leader: You know how to manage a team, give clear directions, and keep morale high.
- Language Skills: You are fluent in English (both speaking and writing) and can communicate easily with international guests.
- High Standards: You have a "perfectionist" attitude toward cleanliness and hygiene.
- Problem Solver: You can handle guest complaints calmly, professionally, and effectively.
- Great Personality: You are disciplined, honest, responsible, and you notice the small details that others might miss.
- Location: You must currently live in Bali.
