We are hiring: Hotel E-commerce
Requirement:
- A graduate in hospitality, hotel management or related fields.
- Proven experience in front office, e-commerce management or related.
- Have strong understanding of reservation system and e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platform.
- Fluent in English both speaking and writing.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining OTA of our property clients.
- Designing and launching online marketing campaigns.
- Make a strategic plan to increase revenue of our clients property.
- Analyzing and monitoring the property's sales performance and online marketing strategies that have been implemented.
- Maintaining the security, confidentiality of costumer data and ensure compliance with privacy regulations and related rules.
