Dream CoWork Hotel Lombok is looking for a Property Accountant & Manager to strengthen our team
Dream CoWork Hotels (DCH) is the biggest digital nomad hotel in Kuta Lombok. We have a Bar, Pool, Cowork, 25 private rooms and 32 dormbeds. We are also opening up DCHs in Bali, Java, Sumbawa in the near future.
DCH Lombok is looking for a Property Manager & Accountant with experience or education in hotel, bar, restaurant management/accounting to join our team.
What you will be doing
Making sure numbers on our Property Management software (Cloudbeds) and Point-of-Sale system (Poster) makes sense
F&B/Equipment Accounting and Inventory management
Managing your team of receptionists in obtaining guest satisfaction and guest reviews
Working together with your property host to market and hold successful theme nights
Managing your team of housekeepers in maintaining standards of cleanliness
Working together with your property engineer and our interior designer to make planned and emergency repairs, upgrades and renovations.
What we ask of you
Degree in hotel, bar, restaurant management or accounting
Candidates with existing hotel, bar, restaurant, accounting work experience are preferred
Good spoken and written English
Willingness to work in Kuta Lombok
