Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Hot Kitchen or relevant kitchen position.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and hot food presentation.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, disciplined, responsible, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.
