About BITTO
BITTO is a modern Woodfire Social Grill in Berawa, Bali, offering a warm dining experience with premium woodfire cuisine and genuine hospitality. We are looking for a friendly and professional Hostess / Guest Relations Officer (GRO) to be the first impression of our restaurant and create memorable experiences for every guest.
Job Responsibilities
* Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional attitude.
* Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
* Escort guests to their tables and introduce the dining experience.
* Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback professionally.
* Coordinate with the Floor, Kitchen, and Bar teams to ensure smooth service.
* Maintain the reception area and ensure a positive guest experience.
* Assist with VIP guests and special events when needed.
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Hospitality or Customer Service.
* Friendly, well-groomed, and passionate about hospitality.
* Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive attitude, team player, and willing to learn.
* Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
