Job Description:
- Welcoming and assisting customers
- Maintain online reservation or walk-in reservation
- Maintain the waiting list and assist customer to their table
- Organize seating based on reservation and seating availability
- Communicate with customers and other team members to meet customers' maximum satisfaction
- Introduce and offer a VIP room to customers
Qualification:
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have at least 1 year of working experience in a similar position
- Having an education background in F&B/hospitality/equivalent
- Good interpersonal skill
- Willing to be place at Jakarta areas
