Hostess

YEN Social is opening in Brawa, Bali, and we are looking for a warm and professional Host/Hostess to join our team. This position will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience from the moment guests arrive.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant, providing them with a friendly first impression.

Manage reservations and efficiently organize seating arrangements.

Escort guests to their tables and provide menus while explaining any specials or promotions.

Handle guest inquiries, phone calls, and reservation requests in a polite and timely manner.

Maintain a clear waitlist and ensure guests are seated promptly, updating them on wait times as needed.

Collaborate with servers and other team members to ensure smooth service and seating rotations.

Assist in resolving any guest issues or complaints with a calm and professional demeanor.

Keep the front of the restaurant clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Qualifications:

0-3 years of experience as a Host or in a similar role in a hospitality or restaurant setting.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle busy periods with grace.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer skills.

Professional appearance and a positive attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
