About the role
The first point of contact for guests and is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression. Manages guest reservations through Chope Booking, coordinates table seating, updates table status in Quinos POS, and works closely with the service team to ensure a smooth and exceptional dining experience.
Key responsibilities
Monitor daily reservation schedules and table availability
Confirm reservations when necessary
Record guest special requests such as birthdays, anniversaries, dietary requirements, or special occasions
Manage waiting lists during busy periods
Update reservation status accurately and in real time
Communicate reservation changes or cancellations to the service team
