The Guest Relations Officer and Hostess will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests upon arrival, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout the establishment. Key responsibilities include maintaining communication with other departments to provide seamless service, organizing guest information, supporting administrative tasks, and representing the company in a professional manner. This role requires a friendly and approachable demeanor, as well as the ability to multitask and remain attentive in a fast-paced setting.

Candidates must be FEMALE, have completed SMA/SMK education, and possess between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Customer Service, Teamwork, Microsoft Excel, Analytical Skills, Public Speaking, Microsoft Word, Communication, Microsoft Office, Presentation Skills, and Administration is required.
