Responsibilites
- Guest Greeting & Seating: Warmly welcome arriving guests, open doors, and escort them to their designated tables in accordance with service standards.
- Reservation & Table Management: Oversee the seating chart, manage table assignments, and handle reservations (phone, digital platforms, or walk-ins) to maximize floor efficiency.
- Waitlist Management: Efficiently manage guest waitlists during peak hours, provide accurate wait-time estimates, and ensure waiting guests remain comfortable.
- Team Coordination: Maintain continuous communication with servers and floor supervisors regarding table turnover, clean status, and seating pacing.
- Initial Menu Presentation: Hand out menus upon seating guests and introduce their assigned server.
- Guest Relations & Issue Handling: Address initial guest inquiries or minor concerns at the front entrance with tact and escalate complex issues to management.
- Farewell Greetings: Warmly thank departing guests and offer a polite farewell to leave a positive lasting impression.
Requirements
- Extroverted personality with strong communication skills
- Good English speaking ability
- Confident in public speaking and product presentation
- Target-oriented and motivated by high incentives
- Well-presented, neat grooming, and professional appearance
- Knowledge of coffee, tea, matcha, or barista skills is a plus
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Eager to grow, learn, and build a long-term career
