Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Manage the waiting list and communicate estimated waiting times.
- Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth table turnover and guest flow.
- Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
- Assist in ensuring an excellent guest experience from arrival to departure.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Hostess or in hospitality is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and well-presented.
- Guest-focused with a positive attitude.
- Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Good English communication skills.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
