Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a high-end restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• A warm, welcoming, and professional personality.
• Experience using restaurant reservation and booking systems.
• Strong guest relations, communication, and organizational skills.
• Professional and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to manage reservations, guest inquiries, and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Mandarin-speaking skills are a plus.
