Hostel Operations Manager

Sepeda Hostek is looking for someone who can help keep our hostel running smoothly while making sure our guests and team have a great experience.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee the daily hostel operation.
• Manage and coordinate staff and volunteers.
• Make sure Front Office, Housekeeping, Bar, Maintenance, and Activities are running properly.
• Handle guest issues and help improve guest satisfaction.
• Check that hostel standards, cleanliness, and procedures are maintained.
• Support and train staff and volunteers.
• Help create new ideas and activities to make the hostel more fun and social.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in hostel, hotel, or hospitality operations.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Energetic, proactive, and responsible.
• Comfortable working with international guests and a multicultural team.
• Good English.
• Someone who is not afraid to get involved and help with daily operations when needed.
