Qualifications
• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent.
• Fluent in spoken English is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Host/Hostess, Receptionist, or in the F&B/Hospitality industry is preferred.
• Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in English is an advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude.
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
• Experience using restaurant reservation systems is a plus.
