At OUFFF, we're looking for a warm, confident, and welcoming Host who loves meeting people and creating an outstanding first impression. If you're naturally friendly, organized, and enjoy interacting with guests, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and greet every guest with genuine hospitality.
- Manage table seating and ensure an efficient guest flow.
- Handle walk in guests, reservations, and waiting lists professionally.
- Assist guests with menu information, promotions, and general inquiries.
- Handle online food delivery orders (GrabFood, GoFood, and other platforms) accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen and Front of House teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming entrance area.
- Follow all SOPs and uphold OUFFF's hospitality standards at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Currently residing in Bali (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Host, Hostess, Receptionist, or Front of House staff in a restaurant, café, or hospitality venue.
- Naturally extroverted, energetic, and confident when interacting with guests.
- Friendly, well mannered, and passionate about hospitality.
- Well groomed with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in spoken English.
- Able to stay organized and perform well in a fast paced environment.
Working Shifts
- Morning: 10:00-17:00 WITA
- Evening: 17:00-00:00 WITA
- Night: 00:00-05:30 WITA (*2 Days Off/Week)
