What You'll Do
- Welcome every guest with warmth, confidence, and genuine hospitality.
- Build authentic relationships with local and international guests.
- Create memorable experiences through meaningful conversations and exceptional service.
- Stay present on the floor, anticipate guest needs, and ensure everyone feels looked after.
- Work closely with our Bar, Floor, Kitchen, Security, and Management teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Represent the Hatch lifestyle, culture, and premium nightlife experience.
