Deskripsi pekerjaan Host Recruitment PT. ULTRA MOON MEDIA
Responsibilities :
- Have min. 1 year experience in end to end Host Recruitment position (Recruiting, Interviewing, and Onboarding skills)
- Training new host joiner
- Have an experience handle host recruitment before will be a plus point
- Able to do host training
- Calculate host attendance and host absences
- Other job related to host recruitment position
Qualifications :
- Minimum S1 education for all majors
- Fluent in English both oral and written (conversational)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Event planning and coordination experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to complete Multiple Projects according to deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated, responsible and able to work with the team
- Willing to work in : Wisma Staco, Casblanca, South Jakarta
