About the Role

Benang Digital is looking for an energetic and confident female live host to represent our beauty brand on TikTok Shop livestream commerce. This role is central to our sales growth strategy, engaging viewers in real time, building trust in our products, and driving conversion during every session.

Responsibilities:

Host daily livestream sessions on TikTok Shop, delivering engaging, on brand content that educates viewers about Noulu's skincare line
Explain product benefits, ingredients, and usage clearly and persuasively (hydrating and exfoliating lines featuring hyaluronic acid, panthenol B5, glycolic acid, and L Arginine)
Drive real time sales through demos, Q&A, and interactive engagement with viewers
Maintain a warm, credible, and professional on camera presence consistent with Skincare Japanese inspired, premium skincare positioning
Collaborate with the marketing and content team on session themes, promo mechanics, and campaign calendars (including bundling, vouchers, and double date campaigns such as 9.9, 10.10, 11.11)
Track and report basic live performance metrics after each session (views, orders, engagement) to the internal team
Stay updated on skincare trends and competitor livestream formats to keep content fresh

Requirements

Female, 20 to 35 years old
Prior experience hosting TikTok Live or livestream commerce sessions is a strong advantage (skincare or beauty category preferred)
Comfortable and confident speaking on camera for extended periods (minimum 3 to 4 hour sessions)
Clear, articulate communication in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus
Genuine interest in skincare and beauty, with the ability to explain product benefits in a relatable way
Positive, energetic, and adaptable personality that can sustain engagement throughout a live session
Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a regular live schedule (including some evening or weekend slots)
Comfortable working with a team (production support, moderator, content lead)

Nice to Have

Existing personal following or audience on TikTok or Instagram
Experience with skincare, beauty, or wellness brands specifically
Familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center or Kalodata style performance tracking
