Host Live (Full-Time, On-Site)

Work location: Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on camera, interacting with audiences in real time, and driving sales through live streaming platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and performer who can collaborate with different teams while also taking initiative and ownership of live selling sessions and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

• Host live streaming sessions on platforms (e.g., TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Instagram Live)

• Present and demonstrate products in an engaging and persuasive manner

• Interact with viewers in real time, answer questions, and build strong engagement

• Drive sales by promoting products, bundles, and special offers during live sessions

• Coordinating with teams to plan and execute live-sales strategies, promotional campaigns, including discounts, bundles, vouchers, and flash sales

• Collaborating and understanding campaign objectives and aligning live selling strategies to support overall marketing goals

• Plan and prepare scripts, maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products offered, and content before going live

• Monitor live performance and suggest improvements for future sessions

• Maintain a professional, energetic, and brand-consistent on-camera presence

• Assist in creating short video content for promotional purposes (if needed)

• Diploma 3 in Communication, Marketing, Management or related fields (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

• Experience as a live host, content creator, or sales promoter is preferred

• Familiar with live streaming platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, etc.)

• Basic understanding of promotional campaign planning (discounts, bundles, vouchers, flash sales) and how they support sales objectives

• Able to multitask, organize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Creative thinking with the ability to contribute ideas for campaigns and content

• Conversational level in English (verbal is a plus)

• Willing and able to work full-time and on-site (Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara)
