Responsibilities
• Host live streaming sessions for mom and baby products on TikTok and Shopee
• Plan and execute live content with engaging product storytelling to drive sales performance
• Engage with the audience through live chat, social media, and other channels to build a loyal community
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to ethical standards during all live broadcasts
• Collaborate with other content creators, moderators, and staff to ensure consistent branding and messaging
Qualifications
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in live streaming, preferably in the retail or mom & baby industry
• Good attitude, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams
• Excellent communication, presentation, and on-camera confidence.
• Creative, energetic, and persuasive personality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, TikTok Dashboard, or similar tools for reporting and analysis
• Sales and target-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on-site in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara, with a shift schedule (6:1)
