- Explain the type of product during live streaming.
- Informing about the advantages of Heaven Lights by Zerina Banu products.
- Able to explain the quality, use and styling techniques that can be used to the audience.
- Respond to comments and answer questions given by the audience.
- Provide information to the audience regarding applicable promotions, discounts or special offers.
