Responsibilities
• Host live streaming sessions on TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Present and demonstrate baby care products in an engaging and informative manner.
• Interact actively with viewers by answering questions and encouraging audience participation.
• Drive product sales by delivering compelling product explanations and promotions.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Creative, and E-Commerce teams to plan live streaming content and campaigns.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotional activities, and market trends.
• Analyze live session performance and continuously improve audience engagement.
Qualifications
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Live Streaming Host, Sales Promoter, Content Creator, or a similar role.
• Experience hosting TikTok Live and/or Shopee Live is highly preferred.
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passionate about baby products, parenting, beauty, or FMCG industries.
• Creative, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or public holidays based on the live streaming schedule.
