Qualifications
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Live Streaming Host, Sales Promoter, Content Creator, or a similar customer-facing role (experience in fashion or e-commerce is preferred).
- Passionate about fashion and confident in representing plus size collections with a positive and empowering attitude.
- Comfortable appearing on camera with excellent public speaking and communication skills.
- Energetic, engaging, and able to build strong interactions with live audiences.
- Sales-oriented with the ability to persuade customers and drive purchase decisions.
- Familiar with TikTok Live, Shopee Live, or other live commerce platforms.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- Based in Bandung or willing to work on-site in Arcamanik, Bandung.
- Available to join immediately.
Responsibilities
- Host live streaming sessions on TikTok, Shopee, and other platforms to showcase Atala's plus size collections in an engaging and professional manner.
- Demonstrate product features, styling ideas, sizing guidance, and fabric details to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Build strong engagement through interactive communication, Q&A sessions, games, and call-to-actions during live streaming.
- Achieve live performance targets, including viewer engagement, conversion rate, GMV, and sales.
- Collaborate with the Live Streaming, Marketing, and Sales teams to prepare product highlights, promotional campaigns, and live session strategies.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, live commerce trends, and customer preferences to continuously improve live performance.
- Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to support product development and marketing strategies.
- Maintain a positive brand image and create a welcoming shopping experience that encourages confidence among plus size women.
