We are looking for an energetic, confident, and engaging Live Streaming Host to present products, interact with audiences, and drive sales through live-streaming sessions on e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate understands how to operate live-streaming platforms, attract viewers, maintain audience engagement, and convert viewers into buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Host live-streaming sessions on TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Present and demonstrate products clearly, highlighting key features, benefits, and promotions.
- Engage with viewers through real-time interaction, including responding to comments, answering questions, and encouraging purchases.
- Understand live-streaming platform features, including product pinning, shopping carts, vouchers, promotions, and other sales tools.
- Apply effective techniques to attract viewers, maintain engagement, and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce and marketing teams to plan live-streaming schedules, promotional campaigns, and content strategies
- Monitor live-streaming performance, including viewer engagement, product clicks, and sales conversion.
- Stay updated on live-streaming trends, platform algorithms, and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Live Streaming Host, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or similar live-streaming platforms.
- Good understanding of live-streaming setup, platform features, and audience engagement techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently and interact naturally with viewers.
- Energetic, creative, persuasive, and comfortable appearing on camera for extended periods.
- Strong product presentation and sales skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible during promotional campaigns when required.
- Ability to work toward sales targets and evaluate live-streaming performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hosting live sessions for beauty, fashion, FMCG, electronics, or other consumer products.
- Familiarity with live-streaming metrics, such as GMV, conversion rate, click-through rate, and viewer retention.
- Experience working with live-streaming operators, content creators, or e-commerce campaign teams.
