Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Affiliate Marketing Intern, based in Bandung. The intern will be responsible for executing daily affiliate marketing tasks, developing and managing affiliate programs, conducting market research, and optimizing digital and online marketing campaigns. The Affiliate Marketing Intern will work closely with the marketing team to enhance communication strategies and support overall marketing goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Live Streaming Host on marketplaces (TikTok, Shopee, or similar platforms).
- Demonstrated track record in live selling with high conversion results.
- Strong understanding of creating attractive promotions, product storytelling, and persuasive sales techniques during live sessions.
- Energetic, communicative, confident, and able to build positive engagement with the audience.
- Skilled in managing live session pacing to ensure the stream remains engaging and dynamic.
- Target-oriented with the ability to consistently achieve sales KPIs.
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends, based on live streaming schedules.
- Up to date with the latest trends on TikTok and Shopee, with the ability to adapt quickly to market shifts.
