Role Overview

The Host Live Leader will be responsible for executing live streaming sessions and generating engaging content based on the ideas provided by the company. Success in this role will be defined by the ability to captivate and engage audiences during live sessions while effectively presenting products and driving interactions. This individual will work closely with the content creation team to develop compelling narratives that align with the brand's vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live streaming sessions for 6 hours daily, showcasing products and engaging with the audience to create a memorable experience.
• Spend the first 1 hour of the workday creating content based on ideas and strategies provided by the company, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to plan live content that aligns with promotional events or product launches.
• Analyze live session performance and optimize content based on audience engagement metrics.
• Be the face and voice of the brand during live streams, maintaining professionalism and an energetic on-screen presence.
• Engage with the live audience through comments and discussions, answering questions and keeping the interaction lively.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication skills with a strong on-screen presence to maintain audience attention and engagement.
• Experience in live streaming or hosting on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, or Shopee Live).
• Ability to generate content from ideas and quickly adapt to trends and audience preferences.
• Knowledge of social media algorithms and how live content impacts engagement and visibility.
• Creative mindset to present products in an innovative and engaging way.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, especially during promotional events or product launches.
