The role of Host/Hostess at The Forge Gastropub Bali involves greeting guests upon arrival, managing the seating process, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized waiting area, assisting with reservations, providing information about menu items and special events, and supporting the waitstaff as needed. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate will be attentive, professional, and committed to delivering outstanding service.

Candidates must have completed SMA/SMK education and possess a strong interest in the hospitality industry. Experience or knowledge in customer service, Western restaurant operations, and restaurant reception is highly desirable. While prior experience is a plus, we welcome enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and grow within a supportive team environment. A positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential qualities for this role.
