-Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Host/Hostess, Guest Relations, or Front of House staff in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with a warm and welcoming personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to create a positive first impression.
- Able to manage reservations, waiting lists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Capable of working effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest concerns professionally.
- Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with restaurant reservation systems (such as SevenRooms, OpenTable, CoverManager, or similar platforms) is an advantage.
