Position Details
- Position: Part-Time Hostess
- Location: Labuan Sait, Bali
- Working Hours: Evening Shift
- Employment Type: Part-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide information when required.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth guest flow and dining experience.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Assist in handling guest requests, complaint and feedback in a courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and professional appearance.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Available to work evening shifts.
- Reliable, punctual, and service-oriented.
- Must be based in Bali or able to commute to Labuan Sait area.
