As a Hostess at The Forge Gastropub Bali, you will play an important role as the first point of contact for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include warmly welcoming guests upon arrival, managing reservations, coordinating table seating arrangements, and ensuring a smooth flow of service throughout the venue. You will provide menus, assist guests with inquiries, and communicate effectively with the service team to maintain excellent guest satisfaction. In addition, you will help create a welcoming and positive atmosphere while handling guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and a genuine passion for hospitality are essential for this role.

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who are eager to grow within the hospitality industry. Applicants should have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within restaurants, cafés, or hospitality venues. A high school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK) is required. Ideal candidates possess excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, strong customer service abilities, and confidence in interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds.
