The Host - Front Office is responsible for providing excellent customer service at the reception desk, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, answering phone calls, handling reservations, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. The role also involves supporting conference and restaurant receptions, addressing guest inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to maintain a high standard of service and ensure a positive experience for all guests.

We are looking for candidates who have completed SMA/SMK education and possess between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates should have strong skills in reception consultation, problem solving, scheduling, customer engagement, conference reception, and restaurant reception. A friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team are highly valued.
