Host Coordinator

PT Kuka Home Furniture Indonesia is a home living e-commerce company based in Penjaringan, North Jakarta (Near PIK 1). The Host Coordinator manages live-stream host operations with a strong focus on discipline, performance, and execution excellence to ensure consistent live-stream results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily and weekly live-stream schedules with zero conflicts or idle time.
• Enforce host attendance, punctuality, and backup readiness.
• Monitor and evaluate host performance using KPIs (GMV, CTR, duration, conversion, energy).
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Recommend promotion, improvement plans, or termination based on performance.
• Ensure compliance with live-stream SOPs and sales flow standards.
• Act as the main liaison between hosts, content teams, and management.
• Prepare concise daily and weekly performance reports.

Qualifications

• Female, minimum 26 years old.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in live-stream operations, talent coordination, or similar environments.
• Strong KPI-driven and performance-focused mindset.
• Able to speak English
• Assertive, disciplined, and data-literate.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholder, and handle last-minute changes.
• Objective, resilient, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
