We’re Hiring: Hospitality Strategist – Casa Nira Uluwatu (Bali)
Casa Nira Uluwatu is looking for a Hospitality Strategist to help design and execute our end‑to‑end management and guest experience strategy as we prepare for launch.
You will work directly with the founder and our brand partners to:
- Build the overall hospitality and operations strategy for Casa Nira Uluwatu
- Translate the brand and design concept into concrete guest journeys, SOPs, and service standards
- Set up property management workflows, tech stack, and performance metrics (occupancy, ADR, guest satisfaction, reviews)
- Coordinate with operations, housekeeping, reservations, and marketing to ensure consistent, elevated guest experience
- Continuously analyze performance, identify issues, and implement improvements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and document SOPs for villa operations, guest services, and back-of-house
- Define onboarding and training frameworks for future staff
- Create playbooks for guest communication (pre‑arrival, in‑stay, and post‑stay)
- Support pricing, distribution, and OTA/revenue strategy in collaboration with partners
- Act as a strategic partner to the founder in positioning Casa Nira within the Uluwatu market
Requirements
- Based in Bali (or willing to relocate to Bali)
- Proven experience in hospitality and/or property management (boutique hotels, villas, resorts, or hospitality consultancy)
- Strong critical thinking skills: able to diagnose operational problems and design practical solutions
- Strong execution mindset: can take ideas from strategy deck to on‑the‑ground implementation
- Comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment (building from 0 → 1)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (owners, brand partners, vendors)
Nice to Have
- Experience in Bali or similar leisure destinations
- Familiarity with PMS/booking systems, OTAs, and review management
- Background in guest experience design, service design, or hospitality consulting

- Role: Hospitality Strategist (Founding Operations/Strategy)
- Location: Bali – primarily Uluwatu
- Engagement: Open to full‑time or project‑based, depending on profile
