- Homeroom Teacher:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the school curriculum and learning objectives. - Create and maintain a positive, safe, and supportive classroom environment that encourages student learning and participation.
- Serve as the main mentor and point of guidance for students in the homeroom class, supporting their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Monitor and evaluate students’ academic progress, behavior, and overall well-being.
- Provide regular feedback and reports on student development to parents and school management.
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding students’ progress, behavior, and school-related matters.
- Collaborate with other teachers, coordinators, and school staff to support students’ learning and development.
- Participate in school programs, meetings, events, and professional development activities.
- Complete and maintain required teaching documentation such as lesson plans, student records, and other administrative tasks in accordance with school policies.
Requirements:
- Support MSCS Vision and Mission
- Bachelor's or Masters's degree in PGSD or a similar field
- Experience required minimum 1 year will be beneficial
- Able to fluently speak English
- Honest, teamwork, good communication skills, open-minded, resourceful, energetic
- Experienced in teaching with Cambridge Curriculum is a plus
- Will be based in Surabaya
