Deskripsi pekerjaan Homeroom Teacher (Wali Kelas) SD Khalifa IMS Bintaro 2

For Academic Year 2027-2028

Job Requirements :

* Excellent command of spoken and written English.

* IELTS or TOEFL certificate is mandatory.

* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in English Education, Mathematics Education, Science Education, Elementary School Teacher Education (PGSD)

* Familiarity and experience with the Cambridge Curriculum or other international curricula will be an advantage.

* Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably in primary or elementary education.

* Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.

* Creative, innovative, and able to create engaging and enjoyable learning experiences.

* Passionate about education and genuinely enjoys working with children.

* Disciplined, patient, responsible, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.

* Willing to wear hijab and dress modestly in accordance with the school’s Islamic values and dress code.

Proses Wawancara

Recruitment Process :

1. CV Screening

All submitted applications and resumes will be carefully reviewed by the recruitment team to assess candidates’ educational background, teaching experience, qualifications, English proficiency, and overall suitability for the position.

2. Interview with the School Management

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an initial interview with the school management team. This session aims to evaluate the candidate’s communication skills, teaching philosophy, personality, classroom management approach, and compatibility with the school’s vision and culture.

3. Micro Teaching Session

Candidates who pass the initial interview stage will be required to conduct a micro teaching session. This stage is designed to assess teaching performance, lesson delivery, classroom engagement, creativity, use of English, and the ability to interact effectively with students.

4. Final Interview with the Foundation and Salary Offering

Selected candidates will proceed to the final interview with the foundation management. This stage includes a final evaluation, discussion of employment terms, and salary negotiation/offering based on qualifications, experience, and overall performance throughout the recruitment process.
