- Minimum GPA: 3.00 for Bachelor's degree and 3.25 for Master's degree
- Maximum 35 years old
- Preferably have a TOEFL/ IELTS Certificate*
- Preferably have Tahsin Tahfidz Qur'an Certificate*
- Fluently speaking and writing in English
- Have a good communication skills
- Willing to be placed at Medan
- Able to work well in a team and under pressure
