President Elementary School is seeking passionate and dedicated Classroom/Homeroom Teachers who are committed to creating a positive learning environment and supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a classroom, delivering engaging lessons, and fostering a nurturing learning experience for young learners.
Job Description
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school curriculum and learning objectives.
- Serve as the homeroom teacher, monitoring students' academic progress, behavior, and overall well-being.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment.
- Assess student performance through assignments, projects, observations, and examinations.
- Maintain accurate student records and prepare academic reports.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress and development.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to encourage student engagement and discipline.
- Support students' character development in accordance with the school's values and expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Primary School Teacher Education (PGSD) or a related Education field.
- 1–2 years of teaching experience is preferred.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good character, responsible, hardworking, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
- Passionate about working with young learners.
- Mentally and physically healthy.
- Maximum 35 years old.
- Available to join on 1 July 2026.
