Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize, and implement engaging lesson plans and assessments aligned with the school curriculum.
2. Handle and manage classes effectively while creating a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment.
3. Support children’s holistic development through creative, student-centered, and inquiry-based learning activities.
4. Encourage curiosity, creativity, independence, and social-emotional growth in young learners.
5. Conduct classroom activities, projects, and interactive learning experiences appropriate for early childhood education.
6. Monitor and evaluate student progress and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
7. Work independently with dedication and professionalism while collaborating effectively within a team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, or Guidance and Counseling.
2. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
3. Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in primary, national, or national-plus schools.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
5. Patient, caring, creative, and passionate in teaching young children.
6. Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
7. Computer literate and proficient in using digital tools for teaching and assessment.
8. Strong team player and able to work independently.
