SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS
• Responsible for smoothly operation of Housekeeping assignments.
• Responsible for attendant’s performances.
• Supervise Public area attendants.
• Organise and facilitate room making process.
• Allocate daily rooms and deep cleaning tasks to team members.
• Responsible for cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors and heart of house areas of the floor.
• Check room occupancies and provide special attention to guest needs.
• Ensure the entire operation is performed as per the laid down standards.
• Promptly provide services to guest when required and intimate to executive.
• Manage routine guest room inspection in order to maintain standards.
• Manage all room categories and amenities.
• Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Operate lost and found procedures.
• Manage daily Linen Operation.
• Report maintenance issues to Maintenance/Engineering Department.
