JOB DESCRIPTION
* Manage and support Hospital Information System (HIS) and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) applications to ensure they effectively support hospital operations and clinical workflows.
* Lead the implementation, enhancement, development, and adoption of HIS and EMR modules across hospital units.
* Analyze hospital business and clinical processes and translate user requirements into appropriate system and application solutions.
* Coordinate with users to identify application issues, conduct troubleshooting, and ensure timely resolution with internal teams and system vendors.
* Develop and maintain user guidance, workflows, SOPs, and system documentation for HIS and EMR modules.
* Coordinate system testing, implementation, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support.
* Work closely with Application & Development, Infrastructure, Business Analyst, PMO, Clinical/Medical teams, and hospital operational units.
* Liaise with HIS/EMR vendors and third-party healthcare partners regarding system implementation, enhancement, and issue resolution.
* Monitor application performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for system improvement and digitalization of hospital processes.
* Provide functional guidance and support to hospital users to ensure effective utilization and adoption of HIS & EMR.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum D3–S1 in Medical Record, Nursing, Medical/Healthcare, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital operations, HIS/EMR, application support, medical records, or healthcare digitalization.
* Experienced in Hospital Information System (HIS) and/or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) implementation, enhancement, UAT, or user support.
* Strong understanding of hospital, clinical, and medical record workflows.
* Experience in HIS/EMR implementation, system testing, UAT, user training, or application enhancement is preferred.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Able to translate clinical, medical record, and business requirements into functional system requirements.
* Experience coordinating with clinical users, hospital operations, IT teams, and vendors is an advantage.
* Nurses, Medical Record professionals, and healthcare professionals with HIS/EMR experience are welcome to apply.
* IT background is not mandatory, provided the candidate has strong functional knowledge and experience with HIS/EMR.
