High School ICT Teacher

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated High School ICT Teacher to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging ICT lessons and helping students develop strong digital, technical, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver engaging ICT lessons for High School students based on the school curriculum.
2. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, projects, and assessments.
3. Teach ICT concepts through practical, interactive, and student-centered activities.
4. Support students in developing digital literacy, computational thinking, problem-solving, and responsible technology use.
5. Assess students’ learning progress and provide constructive feedback.
6. Maintain a positive, safe, and well-managed classroom environment.
7. Monitor and maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessment results.
8. Collaborate with other teachers and school management to support academic programs.
9. Participate in school events, meetings, professional development, and other school activities.
10. Stay updated with current ICT developments, educational technology, and innovative teaching methods.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, ICT Education, Education, or a related field.
2. Previous teaching experience, preferably at the High School level.
3. Strong knowledge of ICT and computer-related subjects.
4. Experience with programming, coding, digital tools, or educational technology is an advantage.
5. Strong classroom management and communication skills.
6. Good command of English, both spoken and written.
7. Able to create engaging and practical learning experiences for students.
8. Passionate about education and committed to students’ academic and personal development.
