The Helper supports daily operations in the kitchen, bar, and front area. This role includes assisting with food and beverage preparation, maintaining cleanliness, handling the cashier, and helping increase sales through excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and organize ingredients and supplies according to SOP.
Clean equipment and maintain hygiene in kitchen, bar, and cashier area.
Support baristas and kitchen staff during peak hours.
Operate the cashier system and ensure accurate transactions.
Assist in upselling and promoting products to customers.
Maintain stock of ingredients and packaging materials.
Perform other operational tasks as directed by the supervisor.
