Job purpose
   
To provide the optimal level of care in accordance with established   policies and procedures.
To assist in activities and programs promoting healthy aging for   clients.
 
 Duties and responsibilities
Assist in taking clients’ vital signs.
Report to superior if any abnormality observed.
Conduct activities with clients.
Assist client in showering, ambulation/exercise, and toileting.
Kitchen duties which involve simple food preparation.
Disinfect and clean Centre and equipment.
Perform escort duty for van transport.
Assist Enrolled Nurse / Registered Nurse as when required.
Upholds and practice high standards in the care for clients set by the   Centre Manager.
Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Centre Manager.

Minimum Qualification Level
   
 Secondary Education without GCE 'O' / 'N' Level or equivalent
